These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the darzplay platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on darzplay. Age verification is mandatory and underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on darzplay. Duplicate or multiple accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on darzplay are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers awarded by darzplay are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the point of offer and in Section 6 of this document.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your darzplay login credentials. darzplay will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your password.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on darzplay and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a darzplay account holder.

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the darzplay Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Amendments to These Terms
darzplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 8.
Language of the Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event that any translation of this document is provided for reference purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative and legally binding version in all circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by darzplay — including live casino games, sports betting, and slot games — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the requirements set out in this section and in Section 4 (Age Restriction).
Registration Requirements
When registering a darzplay account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification
- A valid and active email address that you personally control
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number registered in your name
- Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older
- Your residential address within Bangladesh
- A chosen username and a strong, unique password
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to register and operate exactly one darzplay account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, darzplay will close the additional accounts and may forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate account.
Account Verification (KYC)
darzplay may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to your first withdrawal request, if unusual account activity is detected, or if required to satisfy our internal compliance obligations. Acceptable identity documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- Bangladesh driving licence (as a supplementary document)
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. darzplay will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via the email address registered on your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your darzplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact our support team immediately at support@darzplay (plain text — not a link). darzplay will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
Section 4
Age Restriction
darzplay takes its responsibilities regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ a combination of registration controls, age declaration requirements, and post-registration KYC document checks to verify that all account holders meet the minimum age requirement.
Age Verification Process
At the point of registration, all applicants are required to confirm by declaration that they are 18 years of age or older. darzplay reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended and any balance held will be frozen pending verification. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and all funds returned (excluding any winnings derived from wagering activity, which will be forfeited).
Protecting Minors
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you believe that the minor has accessed or used darzplay, please contact our support team at support@darzplay (plain text — not a link) immediately. We will investigate promptly and take all necessary action. We also strongly recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on darzplay are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). darzplay currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of available methods is always displayed on the cashier page of the Platform.
Deposits
Deposits to your darzplay account are processed in real time. Once a deposit is confirmed by the relevant payment service provider, the funds will be credited to your account balance without undue delay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by darzplay, although individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- darzplay does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified wallet registered in your name.
- Any active bonus funds in your account must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated funds can be approved.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- darzplay aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
Anti-Money Laundering
darzplay is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any darzplay account. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Section 6
Bonus Terms
darzplay offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by darzplay are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms specific to that offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on darzplay bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
For example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses credited to your darzplay account have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion and typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
Game Weighting
Not all games contribute equally to meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino table games and certain RNG table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%) than slots (which typically contribute 100%). The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the terms of each promotion. Aviator and other crash games may have separate contribution rates as stated in the applicable promotional terms.
Bonus Abuse
darzplay employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. Where bonus abuse is identified, darzplay reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.
Section 7
User Obligations
As a registered player on darzplay, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following obligations apply to all account holders.
Permitted Use
You agree to use darzplay for your own personal entertainment only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, to generate income for a third party, or in any manner that could cause harm to darzplay, its operators, its other players, or any third party.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on darzplay and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud: Any attempt to deceive darzplay, including providing false identity information, manipulating account data, or misrepresenting the source of funds.
- Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's details.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or wallet provider without first exhausting darzplay's internal dispute resolution process.
- Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or bug in the Platform software to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
- Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward darzplay support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Underage Gambling: Permitting or facilitating access to darzplay by any individual under the age of 18.
Responsible Gambling Obligations
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that darzplay services are provided for entertainment purposes only. You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic. Section 8
Account Closure & Termination
Either you or darzplay may close or suspend an account under the circumstances described in this section.
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your darzplay account at any time by contacting our support team at support@darzplay (plain text — not a link). Before closing your account, please ensure that:
- All pending bets and active game rounds have been settled.
- You have submitted a withdrawal request for any remaining account balance.
- You have noted any active bonus terms that may affect your ability to withdraw funds.
Once an account closure request has been processed, access to the account will be permanently revoked. darzplay will retain your account data as required by our record-keeping obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination by darzplay
darzplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Registration of duplicate accounts
- Engagement in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 7
Where an account is suspended or terminated by darzplay due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and winnings derived from Restricted Activities — may be forfeited. darzplay will notify you of the reason for account closure via your registered email address unless prohibited from doing so by applicable law or an ongoing investigation.
Self-Exclusion Requests
If you wish to exclude yourself from darzplay for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary time-out or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our 24/7 support team. Once a self-exclusion is in place, we will use reasonable measures to prevent you from re-opening an account during the exclusion period.
